| Rise Leadership Institute (Rise) is a multi-day leadership program that provides career development and networking opportunities. Rise is redefining how KPMG engages and supports inclusivity. This year’s conference is scheduled to take place July 19–22, 2023 at KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, FL! Includes: • Multi-day, summer leadership conference • Unique inclusive leader development program • Variety of scholarship and career opportunities Eligibility: • Identify as persons of color, veterans, persons with disability, LGBTQ, and/or first‑generation college students. Applicants who identify as a member of either traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups within the professional services industry – Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races – are encouraged to apply • Freshmen or sophomores pursuing accounting, finance, engineering, technology or other related majors • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. To be considered for the program please complete the Rise Application, including a short video essay. The application will be open until March 1, 2023.
