The Career Leadership Institute (CLI) and the Talent Assessment Development Academy (TADA) provide outstanding opportunities for students through campus workshops held during the fall and spring semesters. Selected participants will enjoy an all-expense-paid industry tour to:
- Washington, DC: designed for students interested in law, government, medicine, and foreign service
- New York: designed for students pursuing careers in business
- Atlanta: designed for students eager to explore opportunities with Fortune 500 companies based in Georgia (new for Spring 2025)
The CLI/TADA is a comprehensive learning platform to enhance individual skills and professional attributes. Its mission is to improve student outcomes through facilitated learning experiences, on-demand tools, and resources, all complemented by professional presentations and networking opportunities within the industry.
2025 CLI/TADA Information
The 2025 Career Leadership Institute (CLI) / Talent Assessment Development Academy (TADA) will take place on January 6-10, 2025.

About the Program
The CLI/TADA is scheduled for January 6-10, 2025, coinciding with the winter break.The itinerary includes a travel day on Monday, January 6, and a return day on Friday, January 10.
Please plan to bring $100 to $200 for food and souvenirs incidentals. Air Travel and Hotel accommodations are covered by the program.
Application Requirements:
This program is open to sophomores and juniors seeking summer internships and access to individuals who will support them in their career pursuits. A full completed application should be comprised of the following:
- A two-page statement of interest
- Professional photo
- Resume
