Eligibility:
– Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior or Senior student with intent to major in a degree KPMG actively recruits (Accounting, Finance, MIS, IS, CIS).
– Identify as Black or Hispanic/Latinx
– Preferred 3.0 GPA or above
– Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
– To be eligible for the Washington, D.C. in-person program, students must be local to the area.

Who is Frank K. Ross?

Frank Ross worked at KPMG for 38 years and was the first Black professional elected to the partnership. Frank was the Mid-Atlantic Area Managing Partner for Audit and Risk Advisory Services and Managing Partner of the Washington DC office. He was also a member of KPMG’s Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board of the KPMG Foundation. Frank was also instrumental in building the Federal Audit practice to what it is today. He is one of the founders of NABA and its first President. He is very passionate about helping African-American students succeed in Corporate America. Frank recently retired as a Visiting Professor of Accounting and as the Director of the Center for Accounting Education (CAE) in the School of Business at Howard University.
