>> My name is Ron Kerins. I'm the principal with Greyhawk. Greyhawk is a construction management consulting firm. It specializes in CM work, construction management, as well as construction claims. We're a bit unique because we will be a consultant to our owners. So, in other words, we can take them through the entire process, from inception, the idea that they want a project, all the way through completion and occupancy. So we are an advisor more than a construction contractor. From a business development standpoint, that is the -- being able to attract new clients, maintaining our existing clients so that they are speaking good things about us because the majority of our business is based on referrals. So, business development really is networking and making sure that our name is positive or in people's minds. Right now our company is still small, relatively small, midsized. My focus is to grow the company. So as the company begins to grow and assignments begin to fall in place, I will be more on that side of the business end and business development, operations, creating a culture in Greyhawk that everybody understands what they're doing and why they're doing it. We have a saying that, you know, do the right thing and finish strong. So, in other words, you know, as you're going through your day, making sure you're doing the right thing for your client, for the company, for yourself. And then finish strong just means don't leave hanging ends out there.
