>> So my name is Joseph Bishop [assumed spelling]. I work at a software company called Quintec [phonetic] which was just recently acquired by the Sol Systems [phonetic]. So what Quintec is it's a supply chain management and software company. So my role there is I work in the FP&A team, so I'm a financial analyst. My main responsibilities are managing the [inaudible] results and before your estimates for the company. So each week we send out a financial dashboard to the senior management and to the business directors there. And they kind of glaze over it and just monitor our progress numbers-wise. So we use Meconomy which is a simple ERP system, enterprise resource planning system, that pretty much holds all of our financial data. So we extract that data, and it's basically just a data dump. We just drop the data into an Excel spreadsheet, and we use various pivot charts and different Excel commands to present the report. Typically on Thursdays and Fridays when the dashboards are generally distributed I come in and extract the data from the ERP system, do some uploading as well as some journal uploads. And then I extract the data once more, and then I would drop it into the financial dashboard. And then I would glaze over the current week versus the prior week because, again, it's a week-to-week report. So I drop the data in, and then I look at any variances that are pretty huge. And I will call them out in a weekly email that I send on Thursdays and Fridays. We generally send it out on Thursday so that when we sent it out on Thursdays any errors can get correct for the correct dashboard which goes out to the senior team on Fridays.
