Will Sears is a rising senior majoring in Business Administration from Westchester, New York. This summer, he is interning with THE·TEAM (formerly Wasserman), one of the leading talent and sports agencies in New York City, where he works as a partnerships intern. Prior to joining THE·TEAM, Sears interned with Warner Bros. Discovery on the TNT Sports Talent Relations team, gaining experience in sports media and athlete-facing operations. Passionate about the business of sports, Sears aspires to build a career in athlete representation and advocacy.
