My name is Joseph Downs, hailing from Detroit, Michigan, and I am a proud member of the Morehouse College Class of 2024. I have obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. This summer, I have the exciting opportunity to work as an Investment Intern for Cortland, a prestigious private multifamily real estate firm based in Buckhead.
