Jaramis DeFlanders is a Senior Africana Literature and Cultural Studies major from Pascagoula, Mississippi. This summer he will be interning at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a budding theologian, he is excited to learn about Pastoral leadership and the functioning of the Black church in today’s social climate.
