Technical Assistant – NNU Nampa Campus
Join our team and help make tech work for everyone!
We’re looking for friendly, tech-savvy students to be the first point of contact for anyone needing help with technology or video conferencing in our classrooms. You’ll work closely with the Social Work and IT Services departments, gaining hands-on experience with A/V equipment and virtual platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and run virtual platforms to connect off-campus students.
- Help students, staff, and faculty with classroom tech issues.
- Learn how to use A/V software and hardware.
- Stay engaged during class and assist professors as needed.
- Be on time—your setup helps class start smoothly!
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly attitude and great people skills.
- Customer service experience (a plus!).
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Patience and professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and software.

- Thursdays: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM needs filled
- Fridays: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM can find you hours
