Job Title: Graduate Assistant
Compensation:
- 12-month $2,000/month stipend
- Full tuition and fees for a Creighton University Graduate Program
- Creighton University Student Health Insurance Plan paid for by Creighton.
- Start Date Ideally between June 15th and July 15th but can be somewhat flexible.
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, plus weekends as needed for travel and events
Hour/Week: Average of 29 hours per week over the year for a total of 1508 hours for the year. September, October, March, and April are times when we travel, so these months will be the busiest times.

Company Description: The Undergraduate Admissions Office is responsible for the recruitment of students enrolling in undergraduate at Creighton University. The department handles all on campus programming and marketing for prospective students.
Qualifications: Must be admitted or working towards admission to an applicable Creighton Graduate Program
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Drivers License and Ability to travel
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong academic background
Job Description: Conduct on and off campus interviews with prospective students
Involves extensive travel in recruitment efforts, including college fairs and high school visits
Support Admissions team with territory management and management projects
Assist in managing inquiries and applicants through email and phone communication
Review and analyze data for assessment of recruitment strategies
Assist with admissions application processing
Graduate classes are taken year-round, primarily in winter and summer terms
This position involves a minimum two-year commitment to the Admissions Office while pursuing a graduate degree
