What We Do
We’re a sports tech startup connecting young athletes with over 4,000 private coaches for in-person training. Think Airbnb or Rover, but for sports training. It’s our job to help coaches grow their business by providing them with the technology & marketing needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
As a Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll bring our six social channels + podcast (Untapped Stories) to life by creating polished, engaging, and social-ready content. A strong work ethic, humble approach, and willingness to be a team player are key qualities in a successful hire. Please note that this opportunity is for a remote, part-time internship role. Our goal would be to have you stay on with the company indefinitely.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcast recordings into high-quality episodes (audio + video).
- Produce your own talking-head short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for social platforms.
- Create graphics, captions, and thumbnails to maximize engagement.
- Manage publishing across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content ideas and storylines.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and quality across all media.
- Participate in weekly team check-ins and planning calls.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be excited about working at a sports tech startup, building a two-sided marketplace, and learning to craft effective growth campaigns. You should also have:
- Proficiency with editing tools
- Experience editing podcasts and/or social-first video content.
- Strong understanding of short-form social media trends and formats.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and coachability – we’re always fine-tuning our approach.
Expected Start Date: late August / early September 2026.
Expected Weekly Hours: 10-15 hours.
