The Coca-Cola Company invites you to apply for our exclusive Start Your Legacy HBCU Externship Program—a deep dive into the exhilarating world of business and innovation. Join us on this exciting journey as we blend education, professional growth, and real-world experiences into a refreshing, career-boosting six-week adventure!
Program Overview:
The ‘Start Your Legacy’ HBCU Externship is a six-week paid experience spanning four functional career areas: Finance, Information Technology, Sales/Marketing, and Supply Chain. The program offers weekly virtual engagements with HBCU students, including training, mentorship, and application of the learnings, before culminating in an onsite experience where externs will showcase their skills for the chance to win cash rewards and gain exclusive opportunities.
Eligibility: Students must be actively enrolled at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) and pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Food Science, or related field of study to qualify. Eligible applicants must not graduate before May 2027 and are required to hold US citizenship.
Application Process: Mark Your Calendar! The applications are open from August 1st to August 15, 2025 on The Coca-Cola Company careers website.
- Virtual Interviews: If selected, you’ll engage in two rounds of interviews designed to measure your creativity, critical thinking, and potential for growth.
- Acceptance & Kickoff: Final selectees will be notified, and the program officially begins on September 29, 2025!.
