Have you ever wondered how product teams decide which features to improve, which users to focus on, or whether a product is performing successfully? Behind many of these decisions are product managers who turn user behavior and performance data into clear, actionable insights.
In this job simulation, you’ll step into the role of a product management intern supporting a mobile gaming team. You’ll explore how product managers use key performance indicators and player data to understand product performance, identify meaningful trends, and support strategic decision-making.
You’ll also practice turning those insights into action by planning a presentation for key stakeholders across development, marketing, and leadership. Along the way, you’ll strengthen practical skills in data interpretation, communication, and project planning.
By the end of the simulation, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what product managers do and experience, completing tasks inspired by the work they perform every day.
This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
