Series is a program for undergraduate students completed during their
2nd year of study. Our program provides participants with technical
training, mentorship, and transparency into the recruitment process.
Emerging Leaders Series Business Tracks
As part of the program, eligible participants will choose to focus on one
of the below business tracks.

• Controllers | Managing the firm’s financial and regulatory obligations

• Engineering | Developing quantitative and technological solutions
[Dallas]
• FICC and Equities (Sales and Trading) | Buying selling and making
quick data-driven decisions in fast-moving markets

• Global Compliance | Protecting the reputation of the firm and
managing risk across all business areas [Salt Lake City]
• Investment Banking | Advising complex situations [New York City Area]
• Operations | Developing processes and controls to make businesses flow

• Risk | Managing expected and unexpected events that may have an
adverse impact on the firm [Salt Lake City]
• Wealth Management | Empowering clients to reach their financial goals

Engagement will begin with a virtual kick off in September 2025. It will then vary by track with in-person components scheduled November 2025 – February 2026.
