Deloitte Consulting, in partnership with universities to recruit top talent, has launched a technology consulting course. Deloitte is currently collaborating with Clemson University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Xavier University of Louisiana, and Alabama A&M University to prepare students with technical and functional training to kickstart their journey into tech consulting or similar career paths with the opportunity to be recruited by Deloitte.
Course Content Includes:
• Opportunity framing and Stakeholder analysis
• Proposal Writing
• Executive presence principles
• Value Proposition & Differentiation Strategy
• Storyboarding and logical structuring
• Requirements gathering fundamentals
• Project delivery phases and planning
Anticipated Learning Outcomes Include:
• Obtain High Level Understanding of Consulting
• Able to utilize common research tools, such as Gartner and Forrester
• Hunch business chemistry based on observation and interaction
• Efficiently and effectively create a well thought out presentation
• Gain insight into Tech Trends
• Estimate the time and effort to execute a project based on information gathered
• Provide a well thought out recommendation that is based on facts and numbers
• Effectively present material that is concise and gets to the point while considering the audience’s business chemistry
