2025 U.S. Soccer Case Competition

The 2025 U.S. Soccer Case Competition:
This fall, we’re thrilled to launch the U.S. Soccer Case Competition, providing Atlanta-area
undergraduate students the chance to tackle a real U.S. Soccer strategic initiative, develop
actionable recommendations, and showcase their skills to industry leaders.

Participants will work in teams of 3-4 to solve a curated case reflecting a high-impact,
multi-faceted project currently underway at U.S. Soccer, applying skills in marketing, data
analysis, and sports strategy. Teams will compete in two phases:

1. University round: Submit a PowerPoint deck for judging to determine University
Champions
2. Final round: University Champions present recommendations live to U.S. Soccer
staff at an in-person celebration event
Finalists will have the opportunity to network with U.S. Soccer professionals, incorporate
personalized feedback, and compete for the title of Overall Champion – with winners
earning match tickets, heightened consideration for future roles (including internships),
and more.

Key dates:
• Registration deadline: Sep 25
• Case submission deadline: Oct 2
• Finalists notified: Oct 9
• In-Person final: Oct 15, 6-9PM at Clark Atlanta University
