The firm fosters a collaborative and innovative environment, investing in the professional development of its employees.PROGRAM OVERVIEWAn exciting opportunity to participate in our exclusive two-year Analyst Program. As part of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a development program that focuses on your growth and performance within the company. You’ll gain hands-on experience from experienced industry professionals in different departments, including Credit Administration and Credit and Asset Managment.Facilitate loan servicing and management tasks, including handling taxes, insurance, cash management, loan closing, and payoff processes. Develop a thorough understanding of loan documents, structures, covenants, compliance, and underwriting processes. Gain experience with structured debt instruments, assess financial performance of commercial real estate properties, and conduct research projects. Acquire proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and cash flow analysis. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals, engage in continuous learning, and provide recommendations for property improvements to increase value.POSITION REQUIREMENTA candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate, graduating between Winter 2023 and Spring 2024. They should demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with excellent multitasking, communication, and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are essential. The candidate should be able to work independently, solve problems, think critically, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. Adaptability, time management, professionalism, and ethical standards are also required.
