Come join Voya Financial as they host a virtual panel that focuses on experiences and insights about working for a company that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Attendees will be students from Morehouse, FAMU and other HBCU’s. Panelists may share their personal stories of their daily job roles and functions, and the moderator will help guide conversation and thought-provoking questions.  This ultimately aims to foster a deeper understanding about challenges and opportunities faced by employees with disabilities and highlights how Voya’s initiatives for support and accommodation benefit all.  We want this to be an open session, where students feel comfortable to ask questions to the panelists about their day-to-day work/life balance, accommodation requests, and professional work life in general.
