Our Alpharetta office team of ~30 members focuses on Commercial Real Estate Debt investments across most major property types (Multifamily, Industrial, Hotel, Retail, & Office assets), and we actively manage a loan portfolio of ~$15B with $1-2B in new loan originations targeted each year. It is in our DNA and unites everyone across the company.”Our summer intern will spend 4 weeks with our Originations team reviewing and targeting new investment opportunities, and then transition to our Asset Management team for the final 4 weeks, participating in the active management of our portfolio. We anticipate our intern to be able to travel (company sponsored) to 1-2 assets and to our NYC office that houses our Commercial Real Estate Equity investments team. Feedback from this past year’s interns outlined a positive work environment and a strong opportunity to learn the financing/management aspects of CRE Debt through hands-on experience.
