What You’ll Experience
Over the course of six immersive weeks, externs will explore four key career areas:
- Finance – Learn how a global company drives growth and manages resources.
- Information Technology – Dive into the systems and innovations powering Coca-Cola.
- Sales & Marketing – Experience the strategies that keep Coca-Cola at the top of the market.
- Supply Chain – See how products travel from idea to shelf across the world.
Your journey will include weekly virtual sessions with industry experts, skill-building workshops, and mentorship from seasoned Coca-Cola professionals. The program wraps with an in-person showcase where you’ll present your insights for a chance to win cash rewards and unlock exclusive career opportunities.
Who Should Apply
To be eligible, you must:
- Be actively enrolled at an HBCU.
- Be pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- Graduate no earlier than May 2027.
- Hold U.S. citizenship.
