From the Yard to Delta Blvd: HBCU Immersion Experience is a unique opportunity for students currently enrolled at an HBCU to showcase their skills and learn from some of the best talent in aviation.

Timeline
- Overview & Information Form shared with participating HBCUs: September 2023
- Student Interest Form submissions due: September 29 at 5 p.m. EST
- Student Associate screenings: September 25 through October 1
- Delta Air Lines Yard to Delta Blvd: HBCU Immersion Experience October 18-19 in Atlanta GA
It’s also important to callout that participants will be required to commit to coming to Delta Air Lines Headquarters on October 18th and 19th noted in the overview. Delta will cover all expenses for any student *traveling outside of Atlanta ( Flight, Meals and Hotels) and for local students Meals will be covered by Delta.
