BizOps Sample Situation: Let’s say you are a part of the Biz Ops team at Exponent. As you may know, Exponent is an education company that sells subscriptions to various Interview Courses, Interview Coaching, Mock Interviews, and more.
Pretend that the revenues from several of our interview courses have plateaued. Our CEO Stephen has instructed the team to discover why and develop a solution.
1. Research & Discovery
